Warranty Administrator - Worcestershire
Our privately owned client based in Worcestershire is looking for a talented, experienced and above all, methodical Warranty Administrator / Costings Clerk with main dealer experience.
Experience of working with Kerridge and ADP DMS systems is an absolute must, as is an eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
All potential candidates will be capable of hitting the ground running and therefore a complete and comprehensive understanding of the role is a pre requisite; candidates are required to demonstrate a high level of process adherence.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for administering all agreed warranty claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty procedures.
They will also make sure that all Company policies and procedures applicable to Warranty claims are adhered to at all times in order to avoid any risk or loss to the Company.
An exciting benefits package will commensurate with experience, but will include Basic Salary / Bonus / OTE along with excellent working conditions.
