An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated Service Manager to work for a busy and dynamic dealership. You will facilitate the efficient operation of the Service department workshop, maximising guest experience and departmental profitability throughout all transactions.
Successful applicants will possess and be able to offer; Outstanding guest service skills with the ability to handle conflicting demands Ideally have previous experience within the Service Manager role. Have good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts Possess excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. Have a passion and ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Offer flexibility in their approach and the ability to work as part of a team. Possess high levels of integrity and drive to succeed
