Role: Service Manager
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary & Benefits: £40,000 to £45,000 + Bonus (£10k - £15k)
Nicholas Associates Group is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client for an Service Manager, to managing, maintaining and developing customer relationships with current and new customers throughout the UK.
A manufacturer of specialist electro-mechanical equipment.

Manage the planning and scheduling of 10 Service Engineers - this includes managing logistics, refurb work, installations and commissioning.
Build sustainable relationships with customers providing technical support, specifications and quotations.
Identify opportunities for Service improvements
SKILLS & EXPIRENCE
Ideally you will be a time-served engineer with a strong Mechanical, Electrical and PLC background.
Experienced working to strict quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP, UKAS, ISO)
Strong administration skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience of organising field engineers
SALARY & BENEFITS
A salary between £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
Bonus (circa £10k)
