As business continues to grow, a new, but experienced Service Advisor (Workshop) is now required to help contribute towards their growing success. You'll be based at their offices in the NG9 area of Nottinghamshire on a permanent basis.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
Knowledge of Microsoft Software
Motor Trade Experience
Customer facing experience
Excellent spelling, grammar and maths
Good telephone manner
Understanding of VAT
Experience of working with accounting software (Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, Kerridge, MAM)
The successful candidate will have fantastic customer service with a positive can do attitude.
Within this position, you'll also be:
Greeting customers and visitors
Answering telephone calls and dealing with them as appropriate
Managing the workshop diary
Liaising with suppliers and external service providers
Ordering parts and supplies
Creating estimates for customers
Pricing repair work on cars
Dealing with warranty claims
Creating invoices and taking payments
Providing support to customers when required
Managing workshop consumables
Keeping the reception organised and tidy
Responding to customer enquiries (email and telephone)
Doing basic jobs on cars (nothing mechanical or intense)
Promoting the workshop through social media channels
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £17,000 - £21,000 Per Annum
Working hours are Monday - Friday
