Service Advisor Christchurch
Our client is looking to recruit an additional Service Advisor to accommodate its expanding service department and facilitate our changing approach to the service experience. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering the highest standard of customer service and should have at least 12 months experience as an automotive customer Service Advisor.
As well as handling incoming enquiries and customer service visits you will be carrying out basic inspections on customers vehicles prior to their scheduled slot in our workshop. Full training will be provided and a technical background would be a benefit but is not essential.
Working hours will be 8.00 17.00 or 9.00 18.00 and Saturdays 8.30 12.30 on a one in three basis.
The Service Advisor salary package provides a competitive basic based on experience as well as a structure that rewards experience and loyalty and a bonus scheme based on customer satisfaction.
