A Sales Manager - New Homes role with a leading property business

Your new company
This business are a well regarded property specialist working primarily within the London Market. With a number of high profile developments, they are looking to recruit an experience sales manager to manage the sales channel.

Your new role
In this role you will identify and build a high performing network of channel partners. Developing and managing these relationships, you will be responsible for the ongoing performance management and analysis. Educating partners on an ongoing basis you will be able to effectively manage the ongoing pipeline.

What you'll need to succeed
New Homes sales experience will be essential for this position. This will have been gained primarily within the London Market. Channel Sales experience will also be required.
