Are you a Sales Account Manager with experience of overall account management - sales, upselling and the ability to influence a customer? Are you looking for a new challenge?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's main North West office in and around the Warrington area, you will be the first point of contact for the client's customers throughout their time with the business.

Your day to day duties in this role include:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to deliver excellence on every interaction - both internally and externally.
Engage directly with customers and to show evidence that there is an understanding of their needs and to deliver a quality service within agreed timescales.
Handle any customer complaints on a first contact basis and within a 'one call resolution'.
Following the correct procedures, policies and protocols from a compliance perspective.
Achieving all set KPI's and targets set by the Sales Manager.
Working and supporting the Field Sales Team.
