This established owner managed recruitment business has ambitious plans for growth in 2020 . We are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Manager /Operations Manager &/or a Regional Recruitment Manager with experience in FMCG /Food and Drink . This is a key hire to work with the CEO and manage the operation and staffing side of the business .
Be instrumental in hiring into the business and managing the team of recruiters .
Previous sales recruitment within the food and drink market is desirable but will consider any good recruiter & manager with a solid billing history
