Due to an ongoing development and growth they are now seeking a Project Assistant to join their team. Based in the Midlands you will be responsible for assisting on technical projects and will be organising and managing all event processes.
A varied role that gives the Project Coordinator an opportunity to work with the client from their initial enquiry through to the day of their event, including:
* Supplier management
* Client liaison
* AV crew management
* Assisting with client briefs
* Site visits
* Some assisting on-site
* Budget management
* Event/technical administration

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in supporting a busy events team, under pressure and support on multiple projects at any one time. Candidates must be confident client facing and have meticulous attention to detail.
