PA/Finance/Office Administrator (18m FTC)


Salary £22 - 26K DOE

Our client is a well-established manufacturing brand that specialises in machined parts. In recognition of their strong brand and continued growth, we're recruiting for a PA/Finance/Office Administrator to join their vibrant team.

Their product range is varied and covers different industry needs including Automotive and Aerospace. You'll become an integral part of the operation to ensure smooth operation in the office. The role is varied so we're seeking an individual that enjoys variety in their role with experience in PA duties, Office Coordination and Finance/Account assistance.

You'll be experienced in working at Director Level and with key stakeholders, strong in character, demonstrate resilience to the challenges along with, a natural ability to influence decisions.

In this role you will:

  • Provide administrative support to key stakeholders

  • Organise and plan office meetings

  • Act as a PA to a Director

  • Provide accounting/finance support when needed.

The ideal candidate with have the following:

  • Accounts Assistant experience (finance qualification would be desirable)

  • Strong administration skills

  • Strong IT skills particularly with Excel, Word and MRP systems

  • Health & Safety awareness

  • Excellent Communicator

  • Self-Starter able to work independently and in a team

  • Driven and proactive

Hours; Mon - Fri 37.5 Hours with an earlier Finish on Friday
