Motor Trade Service Advisor (Telephone based)
Basic £20k + Bonus + Overtime

42.5 hours per week with every other Saturday morning

My client is seeking for a experienced Service Advisor to join the small but busy van centre in Bristol. You will be working alongside 2 other Service Advisors and will provide exceptional customer service over the telephone.

Duties to include:
• To receive inbound service booking calls from retail customers
• To allocate service and MOT work to individual Technicians - booking to a maximum efficiency
• Upsell ancillary products to customers where it is beneficial to do so
• To ensure that all bookings are accurately completed and all the relevant data is included each and every time

Due to the nature of the vacancy it is essential that candidates have previous experience as a Service Advisor/ Parts Advisor from within the motor trade, whether it be a franchised main dealer or independent garage / service centre.

The successful candidate will be confident, with a comprehensive knowledge of how to maintain a professional, helpful and courteous relationship with allocated customers.

Must hold a full UK/EU drivers license and live within the area local to Bristol.
