Customer Service/ Bookings Advisor
Bristol
£20,000 Basic + Commission and Overtime
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm (Shifts 42.5h) and Alternate Saturdays 8am - 12:30pm

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor or Customer Advisor with experience with booking in appointments/ MOTs. This will be a telephone based role working within an open office environment so communication is key.

About the role:
Taking service bookings and MOTs
Arranging collection of vehicles with customers
Assisting with front of house with telephone enquiries/ switchboard

To be considered you must:
Have a passion and good understanding for the Motor Trade or previous experience within the industry
Customer Service Experience
Full UK Driving
