Job Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive for our client, a busy number plate dealership in Bedfordshire.

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive wanting to come away from face to face sales.
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £14,595 -£15,120 Basic, OTE £25,000-£60,000 + Retainer bonus for first 3 Months
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (This may vary in start and finish times between 8am and 6pm)
One day per weekend from 9am-5pm (This may vary in start and finish times between 8am and 5pm)
Optional lieu day off for every two weekend days worked
One complete weekend off at regular intervals

Duties:
* Responding to incoming telephone enquiries, the objective is to sell personal vehicle registration numbers.
* To maximise sales by the effective handling of customer enquiries using positive listening, questioning, influencing and negotiating techniques to best match customers requirements.
* To ensure all incoming telephone enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner to meet / exceed targets for levels of productivity and performance in the call centre.
* To develop a thorough understanding of our rules, services and processes along with a clear knowledge of the Intranet sales system.
* To be a team player who uses initiative and actively contributes, participates, communicates and competes in the team environment.

You will need to be self-motivated, target driven and a great communicator. A passion for delivering customer service with a view to future business is essential for this particular role.
