We offer a very competitive salary package with an outstanding bonus potential and on target earnings £42,000
You will receive 28 days holiday ( including bank holidays), which with 3 years service increases to 30 days.
Working Monday to Friday + alternative Saturday mornings
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and professional Aftersales/ Service Manager on behalf of our client, a main car dealership in Ashford.
A great opportunity has become available within our client's main car dealership for an experienced and highly professional Automotive Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their busy Aftersales team.
The main responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager are to organise the service activities to ensure the department’s efficient and profitable operation. As part of a busy main car dealership aftersales team you will also be responsible for:
- Managing a small team of Technicians, Workshop Controller, Service Advisors and Support staff.
- Effectively market and sell Manufacturer's service plans and warranties, labour hours, parts, accessories, lubricants, subcontracted service to maximise profitability.
- Dealing with any customer issues and complaints.
- Monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
-Maximise commercial opportunities, monitoring customer needs to maintain high levels of customer service.
Full development training will be provided by this client.
Our Client is looking for a customer-focused Aftersales manager with a strong technical understanding, as well as current or very recent experience within the retail motor industry at Management level of at least 2 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful dealer group managing a busy site.
