Job Vacancy: Holiday Home Sales Executive

A superb opportunity has arisen for a driven motivated Sales Person to join our friendly sales team. 
Callaly Leisure Ltd is looking for a self motivated, driven and friendly sales professional who can meet and exceed sales targets whilst delivering excellent customer service. 
Cottage and Glendale is Cumbria's finest owners only Holiday Park nestled right on the doorstep of the Solway Firth, set in stunning scenery and offering a full 12 month season. 
If you are driven, well presented, have a proven sales track record and can deliver excellent customer service skills whilst working as part of a team we would like to hear from you. We would welcome applicants from other sectors who have Face to Face sales experience. 
The Ideal Candidate will: 
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 
Be well presented at all times and have a pride in their work environment. 
Be Friendly, outgoing and confident. 
Have at least basic computer literacy. 
Will have the basic understandings of the Sales Procedure. 
Will be driven and self motivated. 
Will be able to work on their own and as part of a team. 
Holiday Home Sales experience would be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be given.
The Job Role: 
To meet and greet potential new customers within the Sales office and understand their requirements.
Make outbound calls to prospect for new business. 
Use all avenues of online advertising and social media channels to attract new business. 
Provide a high level of customer service to our existing owners and encourage owner part exchanges. 
Help in maintaining the appearance of the park and sales areas. 
Maximise opportunities to promote the business at all times. 
Flexibility towards working hours. 

Basic Salary of £20,000 with an un capped monthly commission structure. Realistic OTE £50,000
