We are looking for a General Manager with strong people management skills and general commercial acumen to lead an operation within the transport industry. As General Manager you will be directly accountable for delivering a strong, efficient and profitable operation. This will encompass: delivering performance against budget and for ensuring that your operation consistently meets and exceeds customers' constantly changing requirements, location maintenance, managing Health & Safety, and ensuring compliance with H&S policies and procedures.

Leading a team of around 30, you will be accountable for delivering excellent operational standards and creating a strong culture of customer focus in your location. You will be tasked with motivating and developing your team to consistently deliver against exacting operational processes, achieving success and maximising productivity. Providing an unmatched experience is high on this Company's agenda and you will be expected to ensure that quality customer sales and service is consistently delivered continually improved upon.
