Salary depending on experience
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm. 1 in 4 Saturdays 7am - 12:30pm (Overtime)
We are actively seeking for a experienced Service Advisor/ Administrator to join a successful commercial dealer in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will have some commercial vehicle knowledge however my client will consider candidates who have a strong car dealership background.
Your main duties will involve taking receipt of vehicles advising customers in person or by telephone, making initial diagnoses, writing a orders for repair work, monitoring the repair process, taking receipt of repaired vehicles and handing them over to customers.
The ideal candidate:
Experience using Kerridge or similar DMS System
Current or Very Recent - minimum 2 years experience working as a Service Advisor or Service Administrator within the Motor Trade
Good mechanical knowledge
Full UK and Clean driving licence
Commercial experience preferred
