Automotive Customer Experience Manager required in Dorset
Basic Salary DOE + Bonus Per Annum
Our Client is looking to for an experienced Customer Experience Manager join their expanding team.
You will be overseeing the customer experience for both Sales and Aftersales customers for a Prestigious Brand, experience with a premium brand is desirable but not essential.
This is a very exciting opportunity for someone looking to work within the Service Sector of the Motor Trade and a fantastic group.
Duties of the role;
Organise the reception and front of house team, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally and customers receive a warm and friendly welcome when they arrive at the Centre
Take inbound calls from Customers and provide progress updates to customers when their vehicle
Make outbound calls to existing Customers
Liaise with Insurance companies regarding repair costs and payment
Deliver high levels of customer service at all times
The ideal candidate will have current Motor Trade experience and will be able to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
