As part of the 2nd phase of expansion in 2016 we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join & lead at our Campsie facilities for ŠKODA & Hyundai.

We need the successful candidate to co-ordinate our two rapidly growing franchises in Campsie Derry/Londonderry. In addition we are looking for an individual who can maximize sales as well as our customer satisfaction indices and therefore our customer retention.

The role will mean working closely with the General Manager & Dealer Principal and together achieve the very highest industry standards..

JOB DESCRIPTION

Areas of responsibility will include:

  • Monitoring and enhancing the sales process
  • Delivery of strong, consistent customer satisfaction ratings
  • Coaching and motivating sales team
  • Planning and implementing the group marketing plan
  • Finding and exploiting new opportunities for growth/offers
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures and trends
  • Ensuring consistent customer follow up procedures
  • Liaising with franchise representatives and factories
  • Planning and organizing local marketing events and campaigns
  • Ensuring open lines of communication exist with other departments and coordinating group strategy
  • Selling additional units to add to our volume aspirations.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

You should have extensive experience in a sales management role within a franchise environment & a passion for cars and the motor business is a must.
