Job Description

We have an excellent position available for a part-time HR Officer in Leeds where you will be working 15-20 hours per week.

The Company
Our client is located on the outskirts of Leeds city centre and are manufacturers of high quality suede leather for the shoe industry, of which 90% is exported to areas such as the Far East and Europe.

The Role
We are looking to recruit a part-time HR Officer to provide a service that covers a range of duties that includes:
•    Recruitment
•    T&C’s
•    Contracts
•    Inductions
•    T&A monitoring
•    Applying and monitoring all the Company policies

As a part-time HR Officer, you will also be responsible for service contracts such as cleaning and vending and also you will be working closely with the other functions such as H&S, IT and wages.

The Person
As HR Officer, you will be experienced in the HR function and your CV will indicate experience or qualifications to support your application.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as the position of HR Officer requires liaison throughout the factory with Directors, supervisors and shop floor staff.

For the role of HR Officer there is a salary on offer of circa £20,000 to £25,000 per annum pro rata, and the working week is Monday to Friday; however, we are prepared to be flexible on the working hours each day.
