Service Manager, Worcestershire
Salary dependent on experience, OTE up to £35,000
Hours: 8am – 6pm Mon – Fri & Sat rota 8.30am to 12.00, on a shift basis
Excellent opportunity has arisen to oversee our Clients Service department at their Main Dealer site.
This role will be hands on, as you will be based on the front reception alongside the Service Advisor and Parts Supervisor, supporting the service reception process whilst also managing the workshop, which consists of 5 Technicians.
The successful individual will bring experience from a busy franchised dealership, with proven results in customer satisfaction. The department is continuing to grow, therefore requires a confident Manager.
