Westbury, Wiltshire
Salary - Depending on experience plus Bonus
Monday – Friday, Saturday morning on rota

We are currently seeking to recruit a experienced Service Manager on behalf of our client, a successful main car dealership in Westbury. Wiltshire. You will be responsible for leading the Service team in delivering the highest level of customer experience, whilst maximizing sales and profitability. We would consider people currently in a Senior Reception role or Workshop Control looking to take the next step with this successful brand.

A focused can do attitude is a must and total commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount within this small friendly team.

As part of a busy main car dealership aftersales team, you will be responsible for:

-Overseeing the service advisors, workshop controller, technicians and support staff - Managing the
team and Recruitment
- Planning, forecasting and delivering the Sales Targets
- Exceeding Customer satisfaction
- Dealing with any complaints / issues
- Have a full UK Driving Licence

To be considered for this role, candidates must have Main Dealer experience within the Service Department. Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager but will also consider applications from an Assistant Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor/Team Leader or Workshop Controller looking to take the next step with a successful brand and to progress in their career with a successful dealership.
