Automotive Service Manager
Up to £25,000 Basic, OTE of £30,000
Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota
A great opportunity has become available within this Main Car Dealer in Leicester for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join their busy Aftersales team.
The main responsibilities of the Service Manager are to organise the service activities to ensure the department’s efficient and profitable operation/depart. As part of a busy volume main car dealership aftersales team you will also be responsible for:
Overseeing the service advisors and technicians and support staff within the service department
Effectively market and sell; manufacturers service plans and warranties, labour hours, parts, accessories, lubricants, subcontracted services
Assisting the service advisors as and when required, working on a Saturday rota
Dealing with any customer issues and complaints
Monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Our client is looking for a Service Manager with a customer care focus as well as a strong technical knowledge. To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent Service/Aftersales Management experience.
