Main Dealer Service Advisor - Wallsend
Monday to Friday 8.00– 18.00 and Saturdays on a rota - Salary around £21,000 depending on experience
Our Main Dealer client in Silverlink, Wallsend is currently looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their customer focused service team.
As part of our clients automotive main dealer aftersales team you will be responsible for:
-meeting and greeting customers coming into the centre
-booking in vehicles, arranging alternative transport as and when required
-liaising with the workshop and customer
-advising the customer on any repair issues and costs, gaining authority for any additional work
-promoting additional work, services and warranties
-ensuring all vehicles are ready for collection as agreed
- invoicing, arranging and taking payment
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor join a successful main car dealership. To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent main car dealership experience within a Service Advisor role. Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
