Motor Trade Service Advisor required in Bristol
Salary - depending on experience - in the region of £22,000 + bonuses
The job role:
Working with a company whose customer is at the heart of the business, you'll be required to manage the whole customer experience from start to finish within the Service department, including:
Making calls to customers regarding upcoming appointments;
Arranging collection/ delivery of vehicles, or alternative vehicles for customers;
Completing administration including invoicing;
Upselling additional products and services, to suit customers needs;
Delivering a friendly and professional service at all times.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Positive and friendly attitude;
Enjoy working with people;
Motor trade Service department experience - Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist, Service Team Manager (STM);
Kerridge/ RTC experience (beneficial).
