Job Description

Our client is a prestigious group of motor dealerships who have established a reputation for professionalism and excellence in every department, by offering exceptional levels of customer service.  We are looking for a Junior Accounts / Administrator to join their highly successful team in Beaconsfield.

The Role
The position of Junior Accounts / Administrator will be based in our clients’ Head Office.  This is an excellent opportunity to develop with a superb company where you will be fully trained to learn general accounts and administration tasks.

Accounts duties:
* Invoice entry
* Processing invoices
* Banking
* Reconciling statements
* Checking expenses
 
Administration duties:
* Data entry, both numeric and alphabetic
* Photocopying
* Post
* Supporting the office team

The Person
To be successful for the role of Junior Accounts / Administrator, you must be enthusiastic and willing to learn.  It is essential that you have good qualifications, specifically in English & Maths.

You will receive a salary of up to £14,000 to £15,000 per annum, and you will work 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
