Job Description

Customer Relations and Quality Manager required for Car Dealership in Cambridge

Monday to Friday

The role involves:

Assisting Line Managers with analysis of key performance indicators
Identifying trend information and recommending measures for business improvement
Facilitating quality-related management meetings
Co-ordinating the results of audit-related activities
Helping to promote, maintain and coach in the understanding of quality systems and processes
Monitor customer satisfaction results and identify trends and root causes to action in conjunction with Line Managers
You will also be responsible for facilitating customer feedback

Skills & Experience (Required)

Experience in a Customer Relations position (current or very recent)
Passion for maintaining high standards
Customer service focused
Good communication, excellent attention to detail and ability use own initiative

Skills & Experience (Desired)

Automotive industry experience
