Automotive Service Advisor required in Canterbury, Kent.
£23,000 basic, plus bonus
Monday - Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm
Saturdays on rota (1 in 3) 8:00am – 1.00pm
We are currently recruiting for an Automotive Service Advisor for our client, a busy and well known main dealer group in Canterbury.
You must be able to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times. To liaise with the Workshop and other departments to ensure each service or repair is efficient and carried out to the highest quality standards. To maximise service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques, to maximise customer awareness of all available retailer services.
If you are an experienced main car dealer Service Advisor looking for your next move then we would really like to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have;
A valid, full UK drivers licence
Be well presented with exceptional customer service skills
Have selling skills with regards to ‘up sell’ products/services
Have at least 1 years Main Dealer experience as a Service or Aftersales Advisor
Have experience using Dealer Management Systems, e.g. Kerridge, 1 Link, Pinnacle, Peak
Have good ICT and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload during busy times
Above all, be enthusiastic and a team player
