Automotive Senior Service Advisor
Up to £25,000 + OTE of £5,000
Monday to Friday with Sat AM rota (1 in 2)
My Client an extremely busy and expanding Independent Service Centre in Northampton is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Senior/Service Advisor to join its business.
You will be instrumental in both the front line of customer service and dealing directly with Senior Management to ensure customer satisfaction and quality is kept at its maximum. You will be involved within decision making and influencing the ways in which the Service Department leaves every customer with a smile on their face.
On the front desk you will be responsible for:
Booking customers' vehicles in for Service, MOT or repair
Advising on any work required along with any additional costs
Arranging collection/delivery of cars and providing courtesy cars where necessary
Invoicing and taking payments

If you have experience within a Senior Service Advisor position that would be ideal, however an ambitious Service Advisor looking to progress will be considered.
