Automotive Operations/ Risk Manager

Job Description

HR & Risk Manager required in Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Part-time (3 days per week) or full-time position for the right candidate

Role & responsibilities:

To oversee all operational risk management strategies;
To oversee management of all PCI-DSS, FCA and Legal compliance
To review, manage and create all company policies & procedures
To maintain company Health & Safety compliance
To contribute to HR and contractual requirements including overseeing the HR department, managing sickness, carrying out disciplinary action & producing HR documentation
To ensure the company meets its regulatory requirements as a consumer credit firm
To manage all company commercial insurances

Requirements:
Experience in all or most of the following: Risk Assessments, H&S Compliance, FCA Compliance, HR Admin, Knowledge of current Employment Law, Office Management
Motor Industry experience would be beneficial
A full driving licence would be beneficial
