Our client, a busy accident repair centre in the Birmingham area, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Controller to manage their busy workshop.
My client is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Controller within the Automotive industry and as such you must have experience in managing a team of Technicians.
Main Job Role:
To calculate and manage the effective use of workshop resources.
Monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to ensure key performance indicators are met.
Plan the distribution of work amongst the team utilising available skills mix.
Identify individual training and development needs.
Ensure understanding and adherence to the requirements of service requirements and customer satisfaction indicators.
Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the Centre.
Manage a team of bodyshop technicians
