Job Title: Assistant Centre Manager
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Pay: £24K - £26k basic plus bonus depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours a week
Job Type: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for our client based in Welwyn Garden City . This well-established company are looking for a permanent Assistant Manager to help the Centre Manager in a busy automotive environment to do the following duties:
·Ability to lead and manage a team of individuals in a fast moving environment.
·Previous supervisory or managerial experience within the motor industry.
·Basic financial The meaning of revenue /sales and profit and loss
·Determination to exceed sales targets and stay calm under pressure.
·The ability to build long lasting customer relations.
This Assistant Centre Manager should also have the following knowledge & experience:
·Quality control and stock monitoring.
·General administration knowledge.
·Help run the auto centre in line with company policies and procedures
·Knowledge of automotive components, Tyres, brakes and exhausts etc.
This role requires the successful individual to have a clean, full UK driving license and have their own vehicle. Previous automotive knowledge essential.
